Rami AlQawasmi

Director & Co-Founder

Rami AlQawasmi is a technology entrepreneur, investor, and Director & Co-Founder of AdamTech Ventures. He is also the Co-founder and CEO of Mawdoo3 Group, which he built alongside Dr. Mohammad Jaber from an early-stage startup into one of the region’s leading Arabic digital and technology groups.

Through AdamTech Ventures, Rami brings his experience in building, scaling, and operating technology businesses to identifying and supporting ambitious founders across the region. His investment approach is shaped by firsthand entrepreneurial experience, with a focus on businesses where technology, strong execution, and regional insight can create significant long-term value.

Dr. Mohammad Jaber

Director & Co-Founder

Dr. Mohammad Jaber is an entrepreneur, investor, and Director & Co-Founder of AdamTech Ventures. A medical doctor by training, he co-founded Mawdoo3 Group with Rami AlQawasmi and has since built and invested in technology businesses across multiple sectors.

At AdamTech Ventures, Mohammad combines an entrepreneurial and analytical approach to investing, working closely with founders on product, technology, strategy, and growth. His experience spans building companies from inception, scaling digital businesses, and supporting early-stage ventures, giving him a founder-led perspective on identifying and developing high-potential companies.

Yousef Yousef

Chief Accountant

Yousef Yousef is a finance and accounting professional serving as Chief Accountant at AdamTech Ventures. He brings experience across financial reporting, accounting operations, budgeting, internal controls, and financial management.

At AdamTech Ventures, Yousef oversees the firm’s day-to-day accounting activities and supports the financial management of the business and its investments. He works closely with the management team to maintain accurate financial records, strengthen internal controls, support budgeting and reporting processes, and provide clear financial insight for planning and decision-making. His approach combines strong technical accounting knowledge with a practical understanding of growing, investment-focused businesses.
